Creation of a custom furniture for the agency 'Design by Judith Portier'.

By using the interlocking technique I have developed furniture that assembles without hardware or glue and can be maintained only with the help of '' Tie Wraps ''.
It was made from the scraps that the agency has accumulated over projects.
Thanks to its modularity it offers space to sit, meet, show objects, even put plants.
The visual treatment of the furniture developed in collaboration with Myriam Peixeiro makes it possible to identify all the standard heights of seats, tables and bars used during its conception.
This information has been transcribed by hand in the manner of notes on an architectural plan in order to inform the public.
The color system corresponds to the functions of the pieces and the colored shapes represent the projected shadows.
A 1:12 scale cardboard mock-up was also created to facilitate the configuration of the furniture before each event.

En exploitant la technique d'emboitement j'ai developpé un mobilier qui s'assemble sans quincaillerie ni colle et pouvant être maintenu seulement à l'aide de ''Tie Wraps''.
Il a été fabriqué à partir des retailles que l'agence a accumulé au fil des projets.
Grâce à sa modularité il offre de l'espace pour s'y asseoir, rencontrer, montrer des objets, même mettre des plantes.
Le traitement visuel du meuble développé en collaboration avec Myriam Peixeiro permet d'identifier toutes les hauteures standards d'assises, tables et bar utilisés lors de sa conception.
Ces informations ont été retranscrites à la main à la manière de notes sur un plan architectural afin d'informer le public.
Le système de couleur correspond aux fonctions des pièces et les formes colorées représentent les ombres projetées.
Une maquette en carton à l'échelle 1:12 a également été crée pour faciliter la configuration du meuble avant chaque événements.
